Oxford has been named an eHealthcare Leadership Award winner in the HMO and PPO categories, receiving three platinum awards for best overall Internet site, best interactive site and best e-business site.

&nbsp Oxford Wins "Outstanding Website" WebAward
Oxford received the "Outstanding Website" WebAward in the 2002 WebAward site competition. The competition, sponsored by The Web Marketing Association (WMA), recognizes excellence in design, navigation and innovation. In 2001, Oxford received the "Standard of Excellence" WebAward, also from the Web Marketing Association. The WMA is an independent organization founded with the purpose of evaluating and recognizing the standard of excellence on the World Wide Web.

&nbsp Oxford Wins Web Business 50 Award for Online Excellence
Sponsored by CIO magazine, this award program recognizes the top 50 sites that demonstrate a keen ability to blend the technology and design of their Web sites with the needs of their target audiences. A comprehensive list of award winners can be found in the Dec. 1, 2001 issue of CIO magazine.

&nbsp Oxford Receives Excellent Accreditation
Oxford has received "Excellent Accreditation" from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA), an independent, non- profit organization dedicated to improving managed care quality and service. Oxford's accreditation applies to Oxford's HMO and POS products in New York. Oxford has "Commendable Accreditation" for its HMO and POS products in New Jersey and Connecticut, and its Medicare products.

&nbsp Oxford Rated Number One
Oxford's New York Point-of-Service and HMO plans ranked number one in Member Satisfaction among Long Island health plans in a recent independent study by CareData*.

*Studies conducted 1997-2000 by CareData Reports, Inc., which was acquired by J.D. Power and Associates in 2001. Markets surveyed every two years. No Plan ranking indicates that insufficient data for the Plan type was available.

&nbsp Award for Top Health Plan Among Enrollees in New York
Oxford has been ranked the top health plan in the New York City/Long Island area according to an independent study of health plan quality conducted by customer satisfaction expert J. D. Power and Associates and healthcare expert The MEDSTAT Group.

&nbsp Oxford Moves to New York Stock Exchange
Oxford Health Plans, Inc. has moved to the New York Stock Exchange under the new ticker symbol ("OHP"). Norman C. Payson, M.D., chairman and CEO of Oxford, recognized this event by ringing the opening bell at the NYSE at 9:30am on April 18, 2001. Founded in 1984, the company provides health plans to employers and individuals in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
