How do I contact your service department?

How can I contact Technical Support for issues with the employer Web reporting site?

For any technical issues with the employer Web reporting site, please contact Technical Support at 1-800-811-0881. If you have specific reporting questions, please contact your sales representative.


How do I register a username and password as a member?

Return to the member home page and click on the link labeled Register Now. This will bring you to a registration page, where you must input your information, including your member ID number. You will also choose a username and password. A common error occurs when a new user chooses a username that has already been chosen by another user. Please modify your request if this occurs.

Some additional tips for registering:

  • When entering your member ID number, do not include the asterisk, but be sure to include the two digits after the asterisk.
  • Usernames must be 5-10 characters, but not case sensitive.
  • Passwords must be 8-32 characters long and they are case-sensitive.
  • Passwords cannot contain spaces, your username, or any previous passwords.
  • Passwords must use at least three of the following: an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and one of the special characters @ . _ -


How do I register a username and password as a provider?

Return to the provider home page and click on the link labeled Need to Register?. On the next screen, select "Healthcare Provider" from the drop-down menu and click on the "Register" button. This will bring you to a registration page, where you must verify your Social Security number or Federal Tax ID number, and date of birth. Next, choose a username and password. A common error occurs when a new user chooses a username that has already been chosen by another user. Please modify your request if this occurs.

I forgot my username and/or password. What do I do?

For members:
Go to the
Forgot Username and/or Password page. You will be asked for your member ID number, first name, last name and date of birth. Once this information is submitted, you will be given the options to change your password or continue to the log in page.

For providers:
Go to the Forgot Username and/or Change Password page. You will be asked for your provider ID number, FTIN or Social Security number, and date of birth. Once this information is submitted, you will be given the options to change your password or continue to the log in page.

For employers, healthcare facilities and brokers:
Please call our Technical Support at 1-800-811-0881, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM.


I entered my username and password. Why doesn't it work?

For Members:
First, please make sure that your username does not contain an asterisk. Also, please note that the username field is case-sensitive (i.e., it recognizes a difference between capital letters and lower-case letters). Your username must be 5-10 characters, and your password must be 8-32 characters long and cannot contain spaces, your username, or any previous passwords and must use at least three of the following: an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number and one of the special characters @ . _ -. If you've previously logged in to oxfordhealth.com using your assigned ID number and PIN, enter your ID number in the username field and your PIN in the password field.

For Employers, Healthcare Facilities, Providers and Brokers:

How can I change my username online?

For members:

Once you've logged in, click on "Account Settings" on your home page. Then, click "Change Username."

For providers:

Once you've logged in, select "Change Username" from the list of options on your left. Please select a username that has 5-10 characters.


How secure is my information when viewed on this Web site?

The ICSA certification is designed to ensure that websites and their supporting security and operational environments are consistent with industry best practices.
