Kevin R. Hill

Kevin R. Hill is executive vice president of sales and business development for Oxford Health Plans, Inc.

Hill is responsible for the corporate direction of sales and marketing across all company locations. He oversees new business sales as well as retention of existing accounts and field service of commercial customers. He recently received additional responsibility for oversight of the company-wide pricing and underwriting functions.

Since joining the company in 1989 as a group sales representative in the New York City office, Hill has held numerous sales and managerial positions, including regional sales director, regional chief executive officer of New Jersey and corporate vice president of sales. Prior to his promotion to executive vice president in October 1999, he was senior vice president of sales.

Before joining Oxford, Hill worked at Great West Life Health Assurance Company from 1985 to 1989 in Tampa, Fl., and Columbus, Ohio. He earned his bachelor of science in economics from Rutgers University in New Jersey. He lives in Connecticut with his family.
